Workshop design
While Internet gives you thousands of articles on how to search a job, this virtual workshop focuses on conversations around relevant concepts, clarifying doubts which can lead more implementable actions. This also gives a forum to learn from others experiences.
- Sessions will be conducted using Zoom Platform
- Login from Laptop: To be able to fully participate in group activities.
- No recording of sessions: It’s important to attend all the 3 sessions as there will be no recording will be shared.
- Participant size: Will be limited to 15 people to have meaningful conversations.
- Templates shared: Post the workshop a few relevant templates will be shared to jump start your Job search preparation.
- Post Workshop support: Post workshop individualised Coaching support can be availed at additional fees.
GENESIS OF THIS WORKSHOP
This workshop was designed based on my experiences over the last 7 years as a Career strategist for leaders having partnered with over 150 leaders in taking their careers to new realms.

About The FACILITATOR
Satish Chandra, India’s first Career Strategist for Leaders, enables mid-to-senior level executives to improved approaches to their personal Career Strategy and management.
With over two decades of global experience and training in various facets of management—such as Services Marketing, Outsourcing, Program Management, Coaching & Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, and Personal Branding.

Throughout his own career, he's been a pioneer of proactive career management while experiencing the realities of ten different roles across large, medium, and start-up organisations in India, USA, and Middle-East Asia. In addition to his functional role, Satish had the opportunity to facilitate Leadership Training programs and psychometric assessments.
